"I use to wear my confidence like smudged lipstick, easy to wipe away. Today, I realize my confidence resonates deep into my being." -Paige Halcomb

She found herself at 280+ lbs at 24 years old. Unhappy and completely lacking confidence with her physical appearance, she decided it was time for a change.

And this is where the transformation began...barely over a year ago.

What an absolute inspiration to see her come so far, in such a short amount of time. And for no particular reason other than the very specific knowledge that she deserved more than what she was giving herself. It was not easy, it took a full year (and is still going) of constant and continual self control, self motivation, and self love... but it was SIMPLE. So often we confuse these two thing; ease and simplicity. It is no wonder that we are constantly reminded by much wiser humans that 'nothing worth doing is easy' and 'if it were easy everyone would do it.'  But what they ought to follow those statements up with is something along the lines of, 'however it is simple, make up your mind and do it.'

Yes, I get it, sounds TOO simple right? That's your head playing master again. Put it back to its place of being servant and waala, the idea of JUST DO IT doesn't seem so far fetched anymore.

Paige is another phenomenal example of what any (yes ANY) human can do with their life if and when (yes, WHEN) they make up their minds and just DO it. Motion, put yourself in motion and the rest will come to you. You don't have to know the how, we all get caught up on the how... when we live in this vastly abundant world where knowledge is simply a google search away, it truly is not a matter of how. That is once again your brain playing boss.. recognize this and the rest is simple. Not easy.. but simple.

A huge round of applause goes out to this beautifully confident woman, who braved all odds to make herself a better human. Keep being a unicorn in a world full of stallions.
